Sold as a pair - this pair of s/s P clips slides onto the 4000 Rack Pin and holds the aft fixing of the toe strap. Please note you will have to drill out the 5mm diameter P clip holes (drill out to ~6.05mm) in the P clip, to ensure it fits the existing 4000 rack pin. See below.
