Allen 15:1 Kicker System with swivel cleat. There are two attachment points for this fitting, a clevis (17mm long pin x 5mm) for the Laser downhaul, and a short (5mm dia. bolt - 20mm long) with M5 lock nut which is used to attach the fitting to the mast.
