A simple kit to test leaking boats

At one RS 300 nationals, Steve found himself in a boat that seemed to be taking on a lot of water. Not the best start to a nationals. A leaking boat is a problem, not only because of the detriment in performance. Lots of hulls have plywood reinforcement, if the wood sits in water it starts to rot and fail, leading to big repair bills.
