A very strong alloy cleat with a hard anodised finish. The design of the base of this unit allows mounting on either flat or curved surfaces. For the Laser/ILCA traveller cleat suggest the alternative CL704AN cleat, as this has a becket/cut away in the bottom of the cleat for the Laser/ILCA toestrap elastic.
