Super Spars B1 ++ Stiff Boom for the National Solo Dinghy. Supplied with 2 stainless slides (open type) for the mainsheet take off, and another slide (closed)  for the kicker attachment (supplied with M6 Machine Screws to fix in required position).

Complete with a black plastic slide on Boom end protector and 2 no. red Super Spars chafe boom guards.

The inner end boom fitting is supplied with a round internal fitting to accept the Super Spars Gooseneck.

The new B1 ++ Boom is designed to be compatible with the Super Spars full range of booms and boom ends and other mainsheet and kicker fittings providing adjustable positional rope take off points on the underside of the boom. Note the new side reinforcement on this boom and the ribs on the internal track to improve stiffness and strength. Conforms to the current National Solo Class rules. Approx. weight including supplied fittings 4 kg.

The new B1++ Boom is made from enhanced aluminium alloy 6082 with increased magnesium and silica content. This gives the alloy a higher tensile strength and stiffness.
