Fireball Seldén Mast Alto - Ex. Rigging

Designed to give the best stiffness to weight ratio available in an alloy extrusion. Material, section shape and size, and wall thickness all have a major effect on both the static and dynamic bend characteristics of a tube. These details are studied in the design of every section and are carefully checked on every piece of spar tube Seldén use.

The ALTO offers another option to Fireball sailors filling the gap between the Cumulus and Epsilon products. Being 4-5% stiffer than the Cumulus, the new section has already recorded notable results at UK handicap events in Fireball and 505 classes.

The Alto masts are using the new Xtra Proof Strength (XPS) aluminum alloy.
