The Cumulus mast provides an excellent balance of stiffness, weight and gust response. This section is lighter than the original sleeved ’D’ section, with an improved taper, creating a more DYNAMIC rig. With similar ’static’ stiffness, existing mainsail luff curves will suit, with the speed and reward coming from the more user friendly section.

The Cumulus masts are using the new Xtra Proof Strength (XPS) aluminium alloy.
